Default Crossfire's with no or little problems

as oledoc2u said" we as forum members are ALWAYS talking about what is broken or having problems with. WE never talk about those who have had ZERO issues or just a few smalls issues."
so thanks doc for the suggestion and i'll do the thd. for u

it seems that there are lots of thds with something going wrong,, if a newbe or guest wanted to know about a crossfire limited or srt6. they would read a lot about things going wrong ,,,what about things going right

well lets see, I got my srt6 in May 2008 with 18000 miles on it, had ""O"" problems, I mean no problems at all. At 30000 miles, June 2011 Rudy installed the V8, still no problems ,, Oh I did replace the battery once about 2 years ago.OH do i count the three differentials that i blue out of it.? I had a SC Pully, a duel Needswings intake,Jerry's tune, rear cat delete, opened grille, jim

This is for all crossfires, coupes, and roadsters,,, limited,,,srt6,,and V8's

I have 93,000 miles and the car is the best built and most reliable little hot rod I have ever owned. Up to 70,000 I had not one single problem ever. At 70,000 miles I replaced the battery and I instaleed a V8. At around 90,000 miles I replaced my first crank shaft position sensor. At 92,000 miles I repaced the speed sensor. I am still using the V6 n/a trans with the V8 and have to say these transmissions are pretty stout!

Zero problems with my Limited before the SUV turned in front of it...

And, to date, zero issues with the SRT.

Very robust cars.

I have had just a couple things done under warranty. A new ic pump and the common transmission leak. The seat warmers were replaced by the dealer before I picked up the car. I started at 28k miles and now at 44k I am planning on keeping this car. Really been pretty dependable

54k on my 07 limited, just keep changing the oil, bulbs and tires.. Drive it everyday with 0 problems (knock on wood).

I've had mine for a month and just took it to the dealer under warranty. Valve cover leak. A very minor, but seemingly common crossfire problem. Easy fix!

Bought mine a year ago with 12k on the meter, I'm now sitting at just over 18k.

Took it back under warranty for the valve covers, and and that's it, except for an oil change.

Then again the car is pampered, a regular garage queen...

I've had mine for three years and the only problem was the common valve cover oil leak which was fixed under warranty, and a rear camber out of adjustment I had to fix myself with a KMAC adjustable bushing. It's been a very solid and reliable car, but it's also a pampered garage queen.

Bought 3 years ago at 10 k, now at 35k. Not one problem save this little glitch on cold weather runup when it hiccups on upshift but I think that'somehow related to a used throttle body I added-74 mm. After it warms up no issues.

Did you add the larger MAF body and use the old MAF sensor or the one that came in the larger MAF?

Apart from maintenance and mods, I have spent $1.13 (including taxes) on parts, the dollar got me ten little diodes and I needed just one of them to fix a relay.
The '04 car has only 23,000 miles, a garage queen.

Only had a few problems when first bought in Spring '08 and covered under warranty: Secondary air injection, typical leaky tranny and hood liner. Been running awesome since.

Only problem was the A/C control head went south. It was running the fan erratic. Sometimes on when switch off, sometime off when switch on. Local Chrysler dealership replaced under warranty, now only occasionally the fan will run on lowest speed when switch is in off position (I can live with that). The rest was MODS and oil changes/fuel!

Yes just plugged the connector into the integrated sensor. It was beaners SA dcai and had the sensor built into the y-connector.

I bought mine over 5 years ago, and other than maintanence and a new battery I've had no issues. I won't count my mice issues as that woudnt be a manufactures issue.

Six years and 21,000 miles and had a V/C leak, changed the battery and the rear window separated from the top.
Great car!

I bought my limited in January 2009 brand new. It is my daily driver and now has 71,500 miles on it. The only two problems I've had were the leaking valve cover gasket, and my amp stopped working. Both happened around the 20,000 mile mark and were covered under warranty. I haven't had any problems since. I love my crossfire!

The roadster has had a new battery, new cps, intake temp sensor, and IC pump replaced. The coupe has had nothing. Both have 25k on them.
