Want more boost - Machine your stock pulley

180 is right. There's not enough meat left in the middle of the pulley to go any further. I begged Eurocharged to do it, but there wasn't enough metal in there.
So I *think I follow
Will taking 5mm off the stock SC pulley leave at least 66mm and be in the safe zone for the meat in the center of the pulley? If so, what kind of boost increase is this? Dang CA 91 ocatane crap anyway

Sorry, I can't remember the minimum diameter that Eurocharged figured out...
and I can't find the thread where it was heavily discussed either. Hmm...

Maybe I picked up the wrong bearing size from somewhere.

I'm still wrestling with the decision to either have my spare pulley safely machined to 68 or 69mm or go slightly larger so that I can keep the option of adding a 178 crank pulley later on. Definately don't want to have to change fuel/pump/injectors/rail etc.?
