Default P2098 K299 No hair left

Ok guys I do not have an SRT6. I have a limited Roadster. But you folks are more into code scanning and logging. I have been fighting two problems. P2098 check engin light. And heat on all the time. Today my research of the p2098 shows a cause could be (k299) 02 1/2 Heater control circuit. WOW could this all be the same one problem?? As for the heat on all the time I can add ground to the lead on the heater control valve and heat goes away. Indicates heater control module.
P2098 I have changed all 4, 02 sensors. cleaned MAF and throttle body. Swapped fuel injectors from one bank to the other. and replaced crankshaft sensor. ANY IDEAS??? Help please......And THANKS

Do you mean cabin heat on all the time? That's what I read instead of sensor heaters. If so the answer is no, I guess.

Yes I do mean cabin heat on the left side. The control valve will not close unless I add ground to the left side of the wire harness on the valve. Do you think the message I read " (h299) 02 1/2 heater control circuit" means the 02 heater circuit and not the actual Cabin HEATING SYSTEM? Makes sience. I just thought that these are the ONLY issues I have so could they be connected?
