SC pulley + chip tune = better MPG?
Hello all,
Just seeking confirmation from my first tankful of gas. That is, I got over 1 MPG more than I usually get. That's without no discernable difference in urban/highway miles. Or aggressiveness in acceleration. Heck, if anything, I was more excited and spirited in trying it all out...
Clearly, the smaller pulley (and hence more boost) isn't yielding more efficiency. I could imagine the tune providing some small benefit by being closer to the maximum potential of the engine at any given condition.
Has anyone else noticed this? Or is it some accidental artifact?
