another great SRT6 deal on Ebay
Roadster w/ 49k miles that seemed to be in great shape sold for 14,500... Based on ebay, SRT6 roadsters with 30-50k miles seem to sell in the 15k range... Seems like i always see them listed in the 19 to 21K range.

Other than the accident reported it looks like you got a sweet deal !!!!!!!
Just kidding......I was not able to view the History report. Was it clean?
Car looks very well maintained. Enjoy the new beast.
Yes it is my first Crossfire!
I have owned several Mopar products (my daily driver is a 2012 Ram 1500 with the Hemi)
I have owned a few Mercedes (my last was a 2003 CL55 AMG with a Kleemann Stage II kit which I sold last fall)
I have ownd several convertibles (I own a'69 Firebird 400 convertible)
I have been looking for a roadster as a toy. I was close to buying a BMW Z4-M, but I bid on this Crossfire. I wasn't sure if I would win the auction. I am picking it up at 11:00 tomorrow morning.

I picked it up yesterday. Its a blast to drive. I am detailing it today and replacing the headlights...passenger side was out. Other than that it needs nothing.
It does not have the navigation disk. Are they easy to find?

So... Now that you have had it a couple of days, are you happy with your purchase?
What is the one thing that you are the most pleased with?

Welcome to the forum Topless, and congrats on the great deal you got on your new roadster.
Sure would love to see some photo's of your 1969 FBird convert. (I've already seen photos of your XF).

Hello. So, here are a few responses:
Yes, I believe that I got a great deal. I love the Crossfire. It is so responsive and quick. I was a little disappointed in the acceleration over 70, but I guess I was hoping for something like my CL55...forgot its just a 6 banger! I am having a little difficulty getting in and out when the top is closed. No biggie. I needs a few minor things...passenger headlight burned out, tires have maybe 30-40% of their tread remaining. Nothing big.
I checked the top upon purchase...it looks brand new! WRONG! After poking around yesterday, I found that there is separation on the drivers side of the rear window from the top. Damn! So, based on the X31 warranty discussion, I called Chrysler Customer Service. Here's what I got:
"X31 is very real, but it only applies to Crossfire Roadsters delivered to dealers in AL, FL, GA, LA, MO, NC, SC, TN and TX." Pretty strange to me. Mine is from CA. The representative is doing more research for me. But it sounds like I am out of luck.
Hmmm, we'll see what they do. I told them that I also own a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 with a Hemi and an '06 Dodge Hemi Durango, both purchased new from Dodge (and before that a 2000 Dodge Intrepid RT, 2000 Durango, 1999 Dodge Ram 2500, 1996 Grand Cherokee, 1992 Grand Cherokee, yada yada...). We'll see what happens.
Also, as requested, here are a few pictures of my '69 Firebird convertible. Also a picture of my '73 Ventura drag race car.

69 was a watershed year for Muscle Cars.
First year for the Firebird Trans Am, COPO Camaro, Boss 302 & 429 Mustangs, Eliminator Cougar, Super Stock Hemi Darts, and Cudas, 440 6 Pack Mopars, Charger Daytona, Super Stock AMX, and the last year for the L88 Vettes.
When ya think about it, 69 is just an all round good number.
