Default Need hepp

I've searched the forum but can't find any pictures of the SC pulley removal process. I know it should be easy, but I'm a visual person.

I've removed the center bolt and I've tried the techniques outlined in this forum but can't seem to get the pulley off.

One question: After taking the bolt out, there seems to be a "washer" about 1/4" thick that has two pins going through it and into the input shaft. Does this have to come off to get the pulley off? If so, how do you get this washer off? (okay that's two questions). I'm afraid of doing damage to the pulley...though if I did, that would speed up my timeline for purchasing a 62mm.

Is C4 a suitable alternative to traditional tools?
