Default AIT sensor location

As many of you guys here on this forum have changed the location of the AIT position from the IC y pipe to the surge tank, did anyone notice the increase of the air temperature when you take off your feet from the throttle on a wot run, attached is a run on the dyno where you can see how the AIT rise after wot with a pic of the sensor position.

I have only thought about doing the AIT relocate, haven't done it. I assume you did this for injection at the y-pipe? Anyway, regarding the 4 second or so rise in AIT's, that is interesting. I guess this makes sense because as soon as you let up, your cool air supply is suddenly shut off. How did you do that flanged bung on the IM for your relocated AIT sensor? Is there a how-to on that, and also the y-pipe bung for injection?

My data logs show the same behavior. (stock IAT location) 16º of advance is about what I see with IAT's in your range.
