Question on the front lip / window trim
Does anybody know what this front lip? Is it something aftermarket or the stock lip filled in? I love the look of it. Also could somebody post a picture of their black srt with the window trim painted black, thinking of painting it satin for some mild contrast. I tried removing it starting from the bottom of the sides but that sucker is on there good.

You take the top part of the window trim first is what I hear and looking at it you'll see that it sits on top of the side pieces.
Nope.. my $5 front lip thread is the closest your going to get to one...

Also when u remove the window trim, start with the top one first.. then the sides. The top one falls over the sides, thats why removing them is so hard for you.
Don't know anything about the frontlip.
do a search on the $5.00 lip, should come up. I posted several pic of my car when I did it. My car is an NA, not SRT, but it is black!
Yeah I know all about the $5 lip by hanging around Honda forums for years. I think I'll stick one on there today, has anybody used the same rubber lining on the sides so it would be a bit visible at the very bottom?
aHeemmm... does that really look like a rubber lining on the front of my car in this avatar? I mean yeah I'm a Texan .. and yeah things are.. you get the idea..
Another proud owner of a $5 lip, can is for height reference.. Clears it by a few millimeters with the drop/lip

Guess that's in case you set it down instead of telling someone "here hold my beer and watch this" ?
