Low on coolant

Default Low on coolant

I didn't find a leak ,but I'm down just over a quart of coolant ? Ideas? thanks

You may have a cracked intercooler

Did you check your engine oil to see if there is a leak inside the engine? The oil would normally be greyish color if it leaked in there

Thanks I will check the oil.I was thinking it may be the inter cooler .any other ways to check this ? It looks like Needswings has a replacement now.

the oil is dirty as its due for a change been almost 5000 miles. Normal level not over full or anything.Looks like normal dirty oil to me.

Without taking the mani's I don't think so. I believe that's where John (JHM2K) noticed it.

I had a small slow leak from a coolant hose that did not show up on my grage floor. The coolant was collecting on the splash guard and then draining as I drove up the driveway. Check the splash shield, you may be lucky.

If it is the IC needswings has the oem replacement and a gasket kit for installation. Rudy is offering an aftermarket version. Good luck.
