Decided I'm sick of moving vehicles around ....stock (apart from grill),SRT6 vert SSB just over 8000 miles now $18500

The price is fair for a roadster with 8,000 miles. But I took a look at the thread where you posted the top repair. I didn't think it was that bad. The glue on the inside wouldn't bother me at all. But the "professional" who did the work got the adhesive all over the outside of the top as well. I know you've gotta be sick over this. Have you tried or do you know if there's a solvent that can remove the excess adhesive? I'm going back and forth right now on your car and a 2006 SLK55 AMG with 35,000 miles, no warranty, at a good deal more money.

Honestly, the Crossfire actually wins on performance and price. The SLK55 wins with a folding hardtop, updated interior / features, and looks.

Now that the sun has been at it, it doesn't look as bad as it did, plus I figure a new GAHH top is around $1500, so for $20k you've got an almost new vehicle. Plus GAHH does tops in other colors that black.....
