Default If You Ever Thought of Giving Up Your SRT

I am a past owner of a Dodge Viper R/T 10. I regret selling it but when I did sell it - it was like I was interviewing the guy. I wanted my price but I also wanted to know that the car was going to be taken of.
As I said I regret selling it and since then I have been looking for another great car. If you own a SRT 6 - you have been a lucky person. I am looking for a SRT 6 Roadster with reasonable mileage. If you have moments where you considered selling it - I would ask you to consider contacting me. Your baby would be well taken care of.

I had found one in Michigan a couple of weeks ago but someone that already owns a couple beat me to it by 4 hours. Hey if you are out there - how about sharing the love! You really need that many?

Anyhow - thanks for listening
Eric

I know just what you mean. When you work hard to find it and then to maintain it you hope the effort does not go to waste.

You have just missed a few very low mileage ones in the past few weeks. Check the classified section though, I have never seen so many available.

I was surprised that I got a quick response from someone - I thought that it might just go down as another posting that just sits out there. Thanks for responding - if you hear of any Roadster SRT 6 coming on the market - give me a shout. There is a six pack of beer or a good bottle of wine in for you - which ever one is your reference (grin).

Thanks again
Eric

A gentleman. Thanks for the offer.

The last car I found and referred to the buyer was a 1981 Volvo Bertone Coupe (last year model) with around 20K on it. I was late to a Thanksgiving dinner due to stopping and photographing this car a couple of years ago. A true barn find, the widower owner could not bring himself to use nor sell his dead wife's lovely and rare car and just left it in his barn where she had parked it.

The interior was tan and Italian leather was perfect. Perfect with no qualifiers. The exterior was a very presentable and very rare two tone bronze and gold. I could find no one willing to bring it back to life for me so advertised it as a favor to the owner and enthusiast community.

I put the buyer and seller together. The owner's agent thanked me. The buyer went silent without even that. No one offered a six pack or bottle of wine. Now a lead on a great buy on some Florida house would be of most interest, but the wine would be great. A gentleman.

Contact MiamiTVR for one of the best SRT 6 roadsters I know of. It was made on the Black Line where only the finest and fastest of the SRT6s were made.

I know how you feel. It took me a year of solid looking to find mine in 2012-13. I thought I finally had one, but it was sold out from under me the night before I arrived to buy it. Then two weeks later, one came for sale about 3.5 hours away from me, and I called instantly and after negotiating the price over the phone, put a $500 deposit on it sight unseen. Arrived the next day and took delivery. The dealer said he'd gotten a half dozen calls about the car, but since I'd already done a credit card deposit, the car was mine. I have never regretted it for a minute. If I had two, I'd probably let you have one , but I can't give up my only pride and joy LOL. Good luck, and we'll be glad to have your company here.

I also looked for my SRT6 Roadster for over a year, found it 2 hrs away, and like Da55id, put a deposit on it sight unseen, and made an appointment to see it on the following Saturday. Drove it home that day...

Keep looking they are out there, just may take a little patience.

If you're still looking, I'm thinking of letting mine find a new home. 05 SRT6 convertible, gunmetal gray, a little over 19k miles.
