SC Pulley and Crank Upgrade?
So just thinking of something after doing the wonderful day dreaming of things that would be fun to do. So as looking amongst Eurochargeds website I noticed something:
-Supercharger pulley upgrade
-Crank Pulley Upgrade
So my question is would combining the two equal a bunch of boost or would that be just too much for these motors to handle? The 185 crank pulley already brings the boost up to 22psi.
They don't offer them together in a package so that's how I see it but don't get it too well.
P.S. Also bout to be vacant for a couple of days here and there with schooling, away from a computer, so I'll get on when I can.

Yeah, I'm kinda with Steve on this one. However...
Short answer, yes you can do it: with proper fueling, cooling mods and tuning to support it.
But does the gain outweigh the negatives? You will be spinning your supercharger outside of it's efficiency range. This generates a LOT of heat and will lead to premature failure. In addition, if you don't have a way to bring the air temps down, it will hurt performance.
As mentioned, there are a bunch of threads on this with peoples experiences. Do a search and enjoy the read. There are people on both sides of the fence on this topic. But in the end, it's how much do you want to spend and can you afford to rebuild your motor should it fail?

P.S. Hey champ, not sure if you have heard for the website called "www.needswings.com" they are in the states but very good in regards to Crossfire knolage and parts, and fairly good in price. I own a convertible SRT black and have bought a number of things and engine upgrades from Rob that owns the company.
The parts turn up in time in great condition and perfectly wrapped.
Give them a call about anything you need to know about mods for your car. They have one they race that runs low 8's.
PS: my Crissfore is now for sale if you know anyone drop me a line on mrmischief29@hotmail.com
Cheers Scotty

1/8 mile I guess he means, 8.3 is a stock time I read here somewhere, true?
There was a Code3 midsize pulley(68mm) that supposedly worked in conjunction with the ASP 178mm crank pulley from NeedsWings. I have the Code3, but not the crank pulley. Previous owner of the Code3 stated the combo made 22-23 psi, but I'm not going that route. I'll be switching to a 65mm SC pulley soon enough, so I may have one for sale in the near future. Just a thought. But you will definitely have to work on fueling and tuning.
