Last wednesday our dealership received its first srt-6. Since I am the only owner of a crossfire at the dealership I was allowed to drive it first. I was impressed by the increase of horsepower but I sure wish they had a 6 speed. The spoiler isn't as huge as car and driver made it out to be either. Im still not sure though if I would pay $47,000 for it though. I suppose time will tell if customers will pay the $10,000 mark up.

 

I'm surprised the dealer let you drive the SRT6, or did you crash yours afterwards.

I suppose you have the opportunity to upgrade once you get the money.

 

If he decides to get the SRT, I sure hope he takes a performance car driving course. :lol:

Wow guys a little harsh aren't we? I actually took my crossfire to the sports car club of america rallies every saturday and have placed in the top 3 for 4 months in a row. It was truelly just a bad decision I made and momentary lack of control.

YIKES... I must have missed some stuff around here while I was out of the loop... But it's entertaining none-the-less... Not very informative, but entertaining... My wife hit a series of curbs on the way to work after a week of 17 hour days on her new show "Cluhouse"... Trashed the entire right wheels and suspension on her Toyota... I busted her *** too....

 

this is the first i have heard of such a mark up...my local dealer has 3 and will discount.
