Autoweek Article (Oct 28, 2013 Issue)
Just got the lastest issue of Autoweek in the mail yesterday. On pages 18 & 20, there is an article about Crossfire Owners - in particular SRT-6 Owners. Great coverage of our marque. Only wish the writer had given justice to all Owners of these cars, including the NA's.
Article specifically identifies (including a picture of) Chas Knight of Maryland as the founder of CICCI. Some great pictures and quotes from various owners. Good to see our cars getting some press in a well recognized industry publication.
Enjoy,.

I was watching BBC's SPEED this weekend and noticed they compared the NA with a Audi TT and the Nissan 350. Supprising all three guys drove the car and had the normal comments, lack of power and handling. But they did like the price as being lower than both and drive comfort was better. Each guy picked a car, so we were tied. Go figure?

Article is okay.. We are a cult now?? i didn't like seeing our car is CUTE. All in the eyes of the beholder. I would call it more studly..
My '07 XF Ltd was delivered two weeks ago and was very surprised to see the article. I'm sure I saw one TV commercial in roughly '03 and this article was the next reference to the cars. Supposedly R&T did an article, but believe it was only on their website.
There's a lot to be said for owning a stealth car in that it is not remotely a cookie cutter design, but it would be great fun to see one featured in a TV series or movie.

Road & Track did two magazine articles on the 2004 Crossfire, another article on the 2005 Roadster, and finally a 4th. article on the SRT6 Coupe.
Car & Driver, and Motor Trend did their share of articles too.

Here is the R&T article on the SRT6, there are links to the other articles mentioned above at the bottom of the SRT6 page.

And I also thank you. Good article.
Was it my imagination that there was at least one commercial? I swear there was one where the camera car was driving to the right and behind the XF as the spoiler came out. If so I wonder why there were so few XF's for sale here when I was looking for one - unless more Californians are hanging on to theirs. The majority available were from Texas, East.
I'm quite sure it wasn't for a Bugatti Veyron. (I don't do happy faces).

Looks like Chrysler made a couple........But then how many ads do you see for "Sports Cars" in general?

Really enjoyed reading this. Any idea what the impetus for the article was? Surprising to see a current edition of a magazine giving a shout out to our cars. Good stuff.
