How many here have: 61mm, SL55 pump, 550cc injectors, ec tune ?
Hi,
I am thinking of doing some upgrades.
I have the following parts available today:
61mm SC
SL 55 pump
DCAI xstream
But I am running lean with tha setup (have the 64.7 mm mounted today).
Thinking of getting the injectors 550cv bosch ev14 from TTM
Any guesses if this may solve my issues?
Anyone in here made a tune from EC with this setup?
Did it solve any lean issues?
Will it be necessary to go for a looped fuel rail aswell?
Thanks for any comments.

I was close. Never got to install the injectors. Had fuel pressure drop problems even with the SL55 pump and had to add the AEM adjustable fuel pressure regulator and unregulated filter. Winter hit too soon and now I'm waiting to get back to the dynotune in spring. EC did not recommend the injectors at this time due to the problem getting them dialed in.

Disregard the post above, I have bought the following:
Injectors from TTM
Looped fuel rail from TTM
so setup will be:
61mm EC Pulley
DCAI + xstream filters
Injectors 550 (manipulated by Bruce)
Looped Fuel Rail (manipulated by Bruce)
2014 here I go.

I have the DCAI, 61mm pulle, Looped fuel rail, and the 550cc injectors and the SL55 pump. No issues for me.
I got my looped fuel rail and injectors from a guy in Columbus OH that was much better deal than TTM.
I even had him weld on a fuel pressure port in the back of the fuel rail for both looks and functionality. The Fuel pressure port in the front was cut off for a cleaner look. Looks great but was a big pain in the behind to put on.
Thanks to Grip Grip though it was easy. Ill see if I have a pic to upload.
Forgot the pic of the rail is my profile pic. Take a look.

Mine also will also have a fuel pressure port.
okay thanks for sharing that it all works out!
what tune do you use?
Definitely need that info, as I am thru Columbus a lot this time of year. I deliver product around the Delaware, New Albany area. Maybe I can stop in their shop and drop off a fuel rail if the price is right.
EC did my tune on the dyno. Doc, ill look for an address I dealt with him via the phone. Very mice guy and even stills calls me to see how it is doing. I know some individuals are not happy with him for whatever reason but my transaction was smooth and quick.
Your sig says 62 mm p?
Well FUBU, I may be mistaken. What are you calling the 61mm pulley? I have what has been deemed the Karman pulley. What size is that pulley? I thought is was 62mm and did not know of any smaller.
Ec pulley is 61 mm
I would appreciate that. I have been known to stop at Jeg's....lol. Anyway, if someone can do the work we want at a reasonable price, I'm all for it. There are a lot of performance shops north side of Columbus/Delaware area.
