I should have read and paid closer attention. I was able to pick up Anthony's TTM rail and a new sl55 pump and look forward to better FP. But his setup will no doubt flow great w/ less bottleneck.

Matt, are you controlling the regulator to adjust fuel pressure? If so, how?

the set up looks something like this but I think Matt has a better picture or diagram;

try to remember that upping the fuel pressure on a oem fuel setup i.e.: fuel lines won't help that much. its like hooking an air compressor to a straw. diameter is still to small. add pressure to a garden hose now you have the needed fuel! for most set applications 65 psi is enough flow but injectors are needed as the 480cc just aren't flowing enough. another problem is maintaining the higher psi which a bigger fuel pump is then needed.

sadly theres no single part to fix the issue

So, on your dyno pulls, were there significant improvements in HP?

Thanks! Did you get it installed yet?

+43 RWHP and +52 RWTQ

Of course the power improvement was really from the tuning and from the increased boost (21 psi) which the fuel system upgrade allowed me to run without running lean.

The regulator has a 1:1 vacuum/boost reference port, but I am not using it. I am running a fixed fuel pressure like the stock setup. A little higher though at 65 psi.

You have it right with the fuel flow. I made a quick little sketch of my fuel system flow diagram to help visualize it.

Interesting.....I am just now data logging and figuring out my system. This may be something we will try.
