Removal of Front Wheel
New to the forum, bought my first car and 05 SRT-6 with 50k April 4, 2014 after coming back from USAF Tech School.
I'm changing my brakes over, rotors to drilled and slotted and pads to full ceramics. Rear wheels are all done, however, I am having trouble removing the front wheel... The hub cap has been removed and the bolts are taken out. There is a center cap inside the wheel that I believe it is stuck on, but it will not come off (I'm assuming there is a nut under there like the rear)
If anyone knows how to remove that cap to facilitate changing the rotors and pads can you let me know? Thanks!

Soak down where the rim and hub meet with PB Blaster or similar product. After some time, install one bolt just several threads, then hit the tire sidewall with a mini slidge in different positions, front side and back side. Take care NOT to hit the rim. Once off, clean both the hub and rim, then coat with a thin coat of oil or antiseize compound.

I don't think he's talking about the wheel..... bearing cap or possibly the spindle nut?
But I know the post title states front wheel!!

To replace the rotors, there is no need to remove the grease cap or spindle nut.
That is the spindle but. DO NOT TOUCH THAT. That holds the bearings on the spindle. Having that but to tight or loose will tear up the inner and outer bearings and seal. To get the rotor off the spindle. Soak good with pb blaster, wd-40 or what ever you prefer. With it on jack stand I always put the tire under the side of car just incase it comes off the jack stand. Use a big "rubber" mallet or a block of wood and a hammer and hit it from the back side of the rotor from on side to the other on the back to break it loose.
If you did move the spindle nutt let us know and we will help tell you how to adjust, I am changing my front bearings this weekend. 80k miles and drivers side is loose needs changed.
The front bearings are not hard to change or adjust but if you have not done it before or know how to properly pack a bearing ask for help.
