OEM Subwoofer Wire?

OEM Subwoofer Wire?
When installing an aftermarket radio, how does one go about utilizing the oem subwoofer wire (P/N a193 820 01 75) to the radio? Do that mean if i dont use this single wire, my rears wont play music?
