Default intake manifold torque spec. ?

Ok, so I'm going to replace the gaskets on the intake manifolds. Could someone give me the torque specs on that. Also, is it just the manifold and the conector under the throttle body that I have to disassemble? Any additional help or guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Use blue loctite on the intake manifold bolts when you reinstall them.
