Default Relocation of the horns with the Needswings DCAI

I ordered the Needswings DCAI with the larger filters that requires the relocation of the horns. Where did you guys relocate them too?

Horns ? I don't see no horns. Maybe you isn't a steer ?
Seriously, you can relocate them to the main frame above, there are already lots of holes in it that you can use, only problem is you will have to extend the wires.
Use soldered, heat shrink connections to do that, just cut the terminal ends off and put the extension between them and the normal wiring.

Welcome to the forum !

I think you can down load the instructions on how to do it from the Needswings site.

I didn't relocate mine. I bent the brakets allowing me to keep the horns on the same bracket post and still use the K & N filters with the Needswings DCAI set up. I do have to loosen the left side horn to remove and clean the K & N filter when it's time to clean it but it's a small price to pay to keep the horns up front behind the gill. Not sure if I have a good picture of my set up by I'll try to find one and post later if I can.

PNA, the K&N X-Stream filters are massively larger and longer than the standard filters fitted to the intakes. I got them in without replacing the power steering lines but had to mount my horns elsewhere.

Thanks. Yeah, the X-Streams definitely require relocation. Didn't pay close enough attention to the original post indicating the larger filters.....

I cut the pipe a little shorter to move the filters outward some then bent the horn brackets and reversed them to bring the horns a bit toward the center.I am also using larger Edelbrock filters. I am thinking of replacing the stock horns with a louder aftermarket pair that are flatter, hence even more room.
