Default High beam

Just received my XF srt6 and what I noticed is the high beam flash is not working. When pushing forward they come on... Dealer in email states srt6 2005 does not have that option...
Fact or Fiction?

Better be fiction.. I picked up an SRT6 stalk assembly for my 04 coupe to rectify that and left turn signal.. Just got to get down the list of other things in life to "replace stalk"..

Mine does flash, so parts that do not must be faulty.

Mrmiata, who is going to replace stalk? I can only imagine that is fiction I have never seen a non flash in any car I have driven. I believe it is be mandated as a safety device or the car companies would have eliminated it to save$$$$. Still trying to find it online how much was your switch?

I get the fun of replacement!..

Car-parts.com .. look for combination switch. I got mine off Ebay for $50. It was from a salvage yard seller.

Looks like just a little time involved.. no major OMG thing though.. I'm planning on pulling the lower panels and accessing the plug end to test mine out before tearing into things - just to be sure.
