Default Datalogger on Euroflash

Does anyone datalog with euroflash? I tried to use it today, but the datalogging function would not sync up to my car. It kept saying that it could not detect my VIN, but the car info transferred to euroflash pretty easily.

I'm curious to see what boost the car is putting out with the 65mm sc pulley. Should be around 16.5-17 if i'm not mistaken. It would be nice to see if I have any boost leaks.

On another note, I just recently installed the nw intercooler iso kit and the car definitely runs better in the heat. Its been 80-90 degrees F here in northern va the past week, so I decided to drive the car pretty hard for extended time periods to see if the kit made a difference and the power seemed to never drop off like it would before the kit. Last summer with my stock srt6, when the temps. hit 80s-90s, the car felt like it lost some power. Just feels nice to have a car making solid power all the time and not just some of the time. Definitely recommend the nw iso kit to all srt6 owners, including the ones who have stock ones; unless you live in alaska or something lol.

You have to select a file for your car first, then you can datalog. I had this problem before and lost the chance to log 7 runs. Now I just use the logger setup that came with my Zeitronix.

so i hit 2 hard runs tonight to try out the euroflash datalogging function. i logged 18.2 psi at 5670 rpm and 15.5 psi at 5370 rpm. currently i have a 65mm pulley with psk, dcai, euro tune, iso kit, and catch can. where can a wannabe tuner noob learn to interpret all of this data that the logger puts out? any sites out there that teach this kind of stuff? i mean i know what manifold pressure, engine coolant and intake temps mean but im lost when it comes to ignition timing and fuel trims. any help?

Do you have a boost sensor installed or were you getting that reading thru the OBDII? With just a couple more mods than you, the highest boost reading I've had with the Zeitronix Zt-2 (boost sensor installed on manifolds) was 17.3 @ 5900 RPM. This was on a 91 degree day at 110 ft above sea level. It goes up when the weather cools off here in Florida, peaking out near 19 PSI at around 45 degrees and running multiple passes at the track.

correct, this was through the obdii and it was 83 degrees and 75% humidity. i don't have a boost gauge, but i want to get one soon. how accurate do you think dataloggers are through the obdii? 19 eh, very nice!

A boost reading thru the OBDII is a MAP calculation, therefore not exactly as accurate as a standalone sensor.

Also, my logged boost readings through euroflash are showing -10 and -11 when I'm idling or driving super slow. Would negative numbers indicate a boost leak?

That's normal. I read -13 PSI at idle and -20 PSI completely letting off the gas.
