That is EXACTLY what the next mod should be in these SRT6s. Rear end. With the torque they have and 3200lbs light weight, the right gears would have these cars jumping. That small block 400 I built years ago pasted me in the seat. 4:11 posi helped. I feel those 342lbs I have but the right rear end would stick these cars in the high 10s or low 11s routinely.

Well, we are hoping for low 11's...we shall see.... My old Z28 had 373's..... I had the same gear in a '71 big block Camaro. The only gear we have found to fit is a 346... I may do the valve body for the tranny to get it shifting better...but need to know the rear end is good first.... I had sat quietly for 3 yrs... time to re-engage and finish the job....
