how much is a modified SRT6 worth?
The mod would be, for example, a supercharged 5+ liter V8 M.B. engine with stock (for the AMG engine out of a larger c.i.d. V8 engine). So, it the car is properly sorted by a professional, no issues, and 500 supercharged h.p., what would the car properly sell for from private owner? Any ideas? Thanks.
Probably something a bit less than a Kleemann SLK55 since they have the 7-speed tranny. Unless you find someone who really wants one. You are talking about a very small market.

Problem with that car, its to customized. If he had just did the engine swap and been done it would be gone. It has to much of his personality into it and he's going to pretty much have to give it away. Given its miles, $8500 is not a bad price as all. The problem is, it doesn't like look a stock crossfire which is what anybody thats even thinking about buying one wants, especially on a srt-6.
On another note there has to be a better way to run that cai he has. He has the filters mounted in the middle with the tubes routing air from the front to directly in front of the knn filters. I bet it sucks up all the air next to the blower.

He told me he sold it for much more than $10K. I would have liked to bid on it, but if he's happy, I'm happy. What a monster/sleeper/head-knocker a 500 hp XF would be!
