Default Custom Made DCAI

Hi guys, let me first introduce myself, I'm Axel from Pharr, TX. I just bought a SRT-6 about three months ago. It is a well-maintained, totally stock and with 112K miles on it.
I always loved sport cars specifically the Crossfire. So, the story is that after being driving it for the past months and I recognized the potential of the engine, I started looking good for aftermarket parts in order to make it faster. However, as you guys know, the parts for our cars are really price. So, first, I decided to go custom with a DCAI and here is the result. This is just the beginning! Let me know if you guys like it.

Nice job, but I wouldn't call that Killer Chiller exactly stock

Since it looks so nice, a few suggestions to finish off the job :

1. get some sign edging for the heat shields :
Amazon Amazon

2. Get some nut caps for the wiper arms : http://www.needswings.com/wiper-arm-nut-caps

3. polish up those front air pipes

4. get an oil catch can : http://www.needswings.com/needswings...n-kit-r170r193

5. get a pulley guard : https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...er-pulley.html

6. get the driver's side wiper arm grommet : http://www.needswings.com/wiper-arm-grommet

My Y pipe is actually custom made of aluminum. I went to a local machine shop and they were able to cut on half two 90 degree aluminum elbows and then welded them together. That's how my Y pipe was made.

Congrats on the new ride it looks to be well maintained. The DCAI installation is very clean and well thought out. I just love to see a clean and detailed engine bay.

Great job.
I Would like to make one for my SLK32. Any chance you could share the parts and technique that you used?
Or should I by the one from Needswing?
