Wondering if others have had issue and or repaired the outer boot?? Thank you. Woody

if it is leaking replace it, it goes without saying to clean, and inspect the assembly while you have the boot off.

I have been doing a lot research and the outer boot is not available, factory costs vary for a new axle from 1100S to 820$. Rob was able to locate only one axle for less.

Ill work on it after carlisle trip, and I may have found a solution for this, more when I check it out.

We never hear of people checking the various boots on the car and we should do it more often, it can save a lot of expense and headaches later.
There are various repairs available, split boots, rubber repair kits etc.
I shall look later.
