Default Question to SRT-6 owners

I just bought a 2005 SRT-6 and am trying to learn about the engine. Can anyone tell me what the 2 gold bell type things are that rest in front of each intake? They have a metal pipe tee'd to each of them running down to the right side of the engine. Can anyone tell me what these two parts are and what they do?

They are the vacuum operated valves that are actuated to allow the air from the aux air pump into the exhaust manifold to heat up the O2 sensors when the engine is cold so it can go into closed loop faster.

Basically, they are EGR valves.
