Default 3rd brake light removal

Any SRT-6 owners out there that have removed their 3rd brake light? I can't find any info for the SRT. The fixed wing seems to be complication. I haven't been able to find any instructions. Can anyone help?

Thanks

I helped a forum member some years ago and I don't recall having to remove the wing on his SRT.

Maybe to long ago.

Thank you gentlemen. Do you remove the wing and base plate as a unit or separately?

Best to check manual for removal. You’ll need an inch lbs (19 and 71 inch lbs)torque wrench when installing

i installed mine onto the trunk lid with wing and base plate together

you’ll need to replace the weather seal

i used white rope putty seal

can snap a picture of the box tomorrow if required

Don’t over tighten.

If you have a roadster, now would be a good time to repair the cracked wing. All roadster wings crack
