Default Supercharger Cutout

Hey Guys,

The problem with my car a.t.m is that the supercharger sometimes won't work, I press in the paddle and it feels like I have no power.

I did the following:
1. Replaced the intercooler pump with the updated Bosch one. Checked if it worked and got all the air out.
2. Bought the needwings supercooler with seperation kit, used professional equipment to drain the system and refill it with the correct coolant.
3. Replaced the air intake sensor with a new one based on the original part numbers.
4. Added the always on fix for the intercooler found on the forum.
5. Checked the supercharger clutch cable, looked like it had no damage.

Conditions:
It happens fairly quickly sometimes, maybe even after 5-10 min of normal driving in cold conditions. Intercooler pump is flowing and air intake sensor gives correct numbers.

Only thing I can think of is that my supercharger pulley bearing is making some noise and that possibly makes the supercharger clutch make bad contact?

Thanks for the help in advance!

How do you know the supercharger isn't working? Does the no power only happen at middle to hard acceleration? What are your RPM's doing during the no power?
