SRT6 on Ebay for $32K...
OK, the auction is now over, and not one bid. If there are any interested parties out there, give the dealer a call tomorrow, and see if they are willing to take less than that 32K starting price. If they say no, say thanks and call em back again closer to Christmas, and see what they say. That is if they don't turn around and re-list it on EBAY. It's a game, and if you play it long enough, you just might win!
Lol. The only problem is, its still around 35k in the end, I need something closer to 30.
Like all crossfire owners, if you wait long enough, you can get an srt for a fair price, but its just not worth the sacrifice of more than 7gs at this point.

and "built" a 350Z to a specification similar to the SRT6 (as close as a 350Z
will get, anyway), and found the price to be at $45K, without adding in the
optional wheels (which adds about $4+K to the price), I can't see why so
many people are complaining about the price of an SRT6. The SRT6 is, in
my opinion (and proven on test tracks), a superior vehicle to the Nissan
350Z, and prices run in similar ranges, yet so many people seem to think
that the SRT6 is not priced "fairly".
I've been driving my SRT6 for 13 months now, and it has never failed to
perform. The only mechanical problem I've found was a transmission
seal leak, for which there had already been a TSB issued. I've got 22K
on the odometer, and the car still performs like it did when I had only 3K.
And, believe me when I say I'm not shy about putting the petal to the
metal, or whipping down twisty mountain roads at better than twice the
rated speed for the curves.
In the final analysis, when I consider what the price of competing cars
can be, what they provide in performance and styling, and the problems
being reported on various forums, for each, I cannot say that the price
I paid is unfair. Would I have liked a cheaper price? Of course, who would
not? If you can get one at a cheaper price, go for it if you want one. The
value is there and the price is more than fair.

It seems that the SRT6 is bottomed at this 32k. I've seen this price in Texas too and they still have the car over a month at this price! I guess people or kids would rather have a rice burner four door! For 30k+.
A local dealer has a crap load of srt-6s on the lot for $33,800 or $389/month for 39 months. How is that for the lease? I have an automatic xfire with only 1k miles, great condition. The lease sounds better than some others i have recently seen. I know i was in the srt-6 for only 10-15 minutes driving around etc, it felt pretty good. But is it worth it? Maybe it can go down even lower? Like Dan said, they seem to be bottoming out at 32k.

Unfortunately the trade in is at least 8k, and to sell it privately i'll still have to pay 15k? Everyone has talked about this. I would not mind the extra boost, but for numbers over 10k, that's ridiculous.
