Default Swirl Marks

I have some minor swirl marks on my car. Is Swirl X the best product for removing them, or is there something else that works better? Also should I be using a polishing pad or a finishing pad?

If the swirls are uniform and minor, SwirlX and a polishing pad works for me just fine. I'm unfamiliar with 3M's products.

Tom, you definitely want to go with a polishing pad for the SwirlX. What kind of buffer are you using?

I am planning on ordering a Meguiars Dual Action Polisher G110.
