Default Dried up touch up paint

I have dried up automotive Touch-Up paint that I had purchased over a year ago. Is there anything I can do to get my bottle back to usable liquid form?

If it has totally dried I think it is history. If it is somewhat soft or just very gooey you could add a small amount of thinner depending what type of paint you have. I have revived touchup paint this way in the past.
