Well I WAS going to buy a Crossfire
But things have come up.
I just found out after all my college classes had been scheduled and such, that I would be driving a LOT.
Too much for me to afford with Crossfire payments + gas.
The amount of driving I would do in one day would probably put the tank of a Crossfire on E (empty).
It's really sad for me too. I had so much planned for this car if I had bought one.

Maybe when I'm graduated guys.

I "bought" my first Crossfire in 2008 and returned it after a week because of a snafu with the financing/loan. 4 years later, I bought the one I currently own... so don't get too disheartened!

just curious...
What are you driving now? Are there any alternative transportation options available for you? I drive about 85 miles a day for work. Gas isnt cheap I know, but the Crossie gets better gas mileage than its big brother (my Pacifica). The Pacifica is great for haulin' - but the Crossfire is for 'Big Ballin', Shot Callin', Flippin' the Bird to the Benz wid my Spoiler' (sorry...got carried away there for a minute..)

In just a couple of months, I'll be driving at least 120 miles a day. A day. Whoa.
Be patient grasshopper. Take care of setting the foundation for your career and the material possessions will be there for you.
Obviously you know your finances better than us but I really have to say the Crossfire is a pretty economical car! Especially driving on the highway at a relatively stable high speed gets pretty good gas mileage.
I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors and sure hope you will be able to one day fulfill your dream of owning a Crossfire. You won't regret it! Until then the Forum isn't going anywhere anytime soon
