Everyone suggests getting a spare to keep in the glovebox I don't want to go to the dealer. help my XF is base 2007 with 42,478 mile have had it for 10 months no problums but just want to be safe. Thanks for any help. jayloukakis@Hotmail.com

Thanks for the info, before I got the forum answer I called the local Chry. dealer the CPS was a back order $283.00 special order so I ordered from Rock Auto as I have bought many parts from them the total cost including first class mail $38.26. My question is why so many needing to be replaced why someone having contacted the National Traffic Agency as it should have been a recall item. ?????

 

$ 25.20 and free shipping sound better than $38.26.
