I am in the process of becoming a Crossfire owner (this week hopefully ). I've noticed this lag in my Cobalt so I know exactly what you're talking about.
Can the sprint booster harm your car in any way? Thank you!

the only harm will be your gas mileage... if you get pedal happy with it, that is.

I just became a crossfire owner as well. I have done the Eurocharged Tune with results but I hear that the Sprint Booster is where its at! I read that the manual version is too agressive??? Explain please what that means???? sort of, like when shifting gears, the car lurches and buck because the throttle setting is too high??? Or that car accelerates smoothly too fast for your likeing???
I can see where the crossfire would buck and lurch, even at stock settings, no tune, if you don't feather the clutch at the right time. I would hate to magnifiy the tendancy for the car to do that with the sprint booster. I would, however, like to see the spring forward in 4th, 5th, and 6th gear as it seems, with the pedal to the floor, the car just kinda wanders up into the 4-5-6K rpms. Thats where I need the boost!

Also, isnt there a middle setting? so if the manual was too agressive, even at the middle setting, then I would understand why people opt for the automatic version.

Any input would be appreciated.
