Steve,

Any chance you can get a sound-clip from your digital camera?

I'd like to have this done.

Thanks for the pics - should make it much easier to get a price quote with those pics!

What is the exhaust size? I would probably look for a 'Y' online, buy it, and take it in with me.

Thanks again,
Shawn

Shawn,

I am having the resonator removed from my SRT this afternoon. I drafted up a custom Y-pipe with proper dimensions for the SRT and gave them to Burns Stainless Steel to fab. I and asked Burns to assign a part number so forum members could order directly and not have to re-engineer. The parts arrived at the shop today.

I don't have the part numbers with me but I will post them this afternoon along with pics.

Brian,

Thanks for the front-end work!

Did your drafted design completely replace the Resonator, or just make a simple 'Y' and the exhaust shop will have to add some of their own tubing?

Thanks again - looking forward to it!

I'll see what I can do about a sound clip. I believe the SRT exhaust is 2-1/4" and most exhaust shops would probably have a Magnaflow "Y" in stock. You may just stop by a shop or call them first to see if they do.
