Hi Rob, Thanks for your response. FYI - To find that idler pulley part you need to search for it by the part number which is 120 200 04 70

Re: idler pulley
It's neither of these pulleys. It is the large 90 mm flat (rides on top of the belt, not in the grooves) metal idler pulley below (not to the left of) the supercharger pulley. It is similar to the tensioner pulley over on the right side, but just an idler pulley to change the belt direction. It mounts with just one hex bolt through the center torqued to 15 ft. lbs.
Re: idler pulley
OK - Now I'm totally confused. All this time I've been providing information about the supercharger idler pulley (#9 in the diagram below) and your pulley failure was another pulley. Can you please refer to this diagram of the stock serpentine belt and pulleys to identify the pulley that failed on your Crossfire?

Re: idler pulley
I'm pretty sure that's the one he means but he specifically said, "metal idler pulley below (not to the left of) the supercharger pulley". Pulley #8 is definitely to the left of the supercharger pulley.

Re: idler pulley
The one that failed is number 8 - the large (90mm) flat metal idler pulley. The back of the belt contacts this pulley. I thought that was an adequate description to not be confused with the small grooved plastic idler pulley immediately to the left of the supercharger pulley which the belts rides on the grooved side of.
