well for me its not "so" bad.. i cant see the check engine light while driving because of how i have my seat and stearing wheel set up.. the cruise control stick sits perfectly in my line of vision to the light! lol. im just trying to look on the brighter side of things i guess...

No, Mine is an 05 Roadster ltd. Same issue as others. A fix coming soon for us na guys !!!!
mine is a 05 roadster, and the check engine light itself is not the problem it is getting the car iinspected with it throwing a code that is not happening. no anymore at least that is with the computer diagnosis you go through. but back to my question, is the car going lean because of something with the intake because if so maybe it is not good to drive it right now. the computer says bank 1 lean, then switched to bank 2 etc.
the issue is the pcm isnt seeing enough vacuum at idle, still working on making sure this is fixed before i make/ship a dozen retrofit kits out
i hope so, . . . my cars gotta go back to dealership soon for inspection, oil change and i have an annoying squeak i can't find, so this will have to be fixed by then, keep us posted. .
Finally got mine installed. I liiiike...
Cant wait for the group buy on the manifolds.
Thanks for the shirt that came with it btw, got people asking me what the website is. You might have more biz coming your way from these peeps, Rob.

sorry we ran out of tshirts on the last few intakes, ill post up once we get the next batch in for those that didnt get one.
n/a intake changup is good to go, the pcm is very happy now, the problem was with the valve cover breather line (after a dozen changes we made to the MAF height/angle/placement the problem was the damn breather line, lol). ill start getting all the materials for them tomorrow. let me think about the easiest way for you guys to do this...

ok that sounds great but one more thing, acutally tonight i went to rip on it and got to about 5000 and boom cut right out for some reason like i ran into a wall so i let off seemed fine so i hit it again got to same point boom did it again, this also happened first day i had my intake on right before light came on. anyone experience this. . little scary
easiest way will def. be not to disassemble!!! please rob. . lol.

nope mine goes the entire RPM range very nicely .. i have a check engine light as well but car is running just fine with it. i would double check to see you do not have a leak after the MAF there Tyler...

yea mine also runs great.. no other problem besides the stupid light
yeah normally my car has been fine, but this is the second time that has happened, its just like hitting the rev limiter or something, but its only at like 5k, seems to be fine even if i shifted and then got on it, it waS fine, idk, hopefully all is well after this intake is taken care of or i guess its back to stock, no problems there. . .

are you guys able to make a clean cut thru the 3" aluminum tubing? were going to end up cutting off the last bend on the large pipe and replace it with the new stuff connected with a black silicone coupler. i can cut them cleanly here without ruining the powdercoating with our band saw or chop saw, do you have access to one with a clean blade? it could probably be done with a hacksaw and some patience but at that point id rather send off a prepaid fedex label for you guys to mail in just the long aluminum tube and ill do it and send it back with the new end.
so we can either have you send in your long tube and ill do the swapover or i can send you the new setup and you cut the long tube. i'll provide the measurement where to make the one perpendicular cut (no crazy angles).
