Hi folks - I have an '06 (but new) Roadster with a manual 6-spd. I have experience on quick starts a problem with going from 1st to 2nd gear - sometimes seems it jumps and is heading towards reverse. At first I thought it was my shifting but I"m not lifting up on the shifter - this happens only when I attempt a very quick start and shift...the first time I almost dropped the flipping tranny - grinding and all - which I was certain was me but it's happened at least 4 or 5 times - I don't want to hurt the clutch or tranny. Anyone else have this shifting problem. I'm really not an aggressive driver so if I take it easy it doesn't happen but there are times when you need to start out quick for safety reasons (or fun ones). Any feedback on a similar type experience would be helpful, as well, how do you have it addressed. If I tell the dealer it's when I try to take off real fast they'll just laugh...plus think I'm beating on the car, which I'm not...
