is our 3.2 the same as the clk 320's?

I believe so, but I am sourcing parts and just wanted to verify.

It did.

SLK320, CLK320, C320. All same engine. Same one that can be found in teh N/A Crossfire.

SLK32, CLK32, C32. All the same engine. Same on that can be found in the SRT-6.

They have different oil pans and certain accessories in different positions.
