Default Has anyone installed SLK 320 coil springs?

Has anyone installed SLK 320 coil springs, particularly front, on a Crossfire limited (in my case a 2004)? I have searched and haven't been able to find any posts where someone has done it. My mechanic can get a set but says they are marked differently than crossfire coil springs, and I don't want to get them if there is a significant difference or any modifications are needed.

I've been on the search for coil springs for awhile (in case anyone has seen my earlier posts), so I would really appreciate any feedback and recommendations.

I can't comment on whether they will fit or not, but I believe that the spring rate would be different than the Crossfire due to the weight difference between the 2 cars. My understanding is that our Crossfires are built on the same platform as the SLK (R170), but the suspension was re-tuned for the changes in the Crossfire platform. I'm sure someone here will chime in with additional info.
