Default Question on an ECU upgrade I found on Ebay.

Here is the link:

Does anyone know anything about this module, and if it works? Also, what possible issues/problems may this cause if used?

Thanks!

Keep searching, there is an even better one on there with these specs:

Stage 12 ultra chip:

-adds 200+ whp
-at least 80mpg
-can bake brownies with the optional brownie command module

Only $9.95 with $800 s/h charges

Most likely a .39 cent resistor in a box. Used to "trick" the car's computer into thinking the intake air is cooler than it is.
Junk, stay away. Or not, up to you.

Great advice. That's nothing but snake oil...

It does increase HP via tricking the ECU into thinking there are lower IATs. However, we've dynoed and read out a few of these cars and it wrecks havoc on the electronics in the long run.

There are much better performance gains to be had.

If you are looking for proven performance both Needswings and I have just finished up GBs on our products.

Thanks. Pretty much what I thought when I saw it. Needwings? I have heard that name before. Give me more info. I would love to increase the HP in this car
