Does anyone know anything about this module, and if it works? Also, what possible issues/problems may this cause if used?
Thanks!

It does increase HP via tricking the ECU into thinking there are lower IATs. However, we've dynoed and read out a few of these cars and it wrecks havoc on the electronics in the long run.
There are much better performance gains to be had.
If you are looking for proven performance both Needswings and I have just finished up GBs on our products.
