Default Transmission Fluid weepage a problem??

Just found some transmission fluid on my garage floor today from My 04 Crossfire.

I saw that this was something on the technical service bulletin back on 2005-01-28 as, "Automatic transmission fluid weepage". Will take it in tomorrow to check out.

Is this the start of a big problem or a simple fix. I'm a bit worried. Help!

I'm having the same problem - '05 Coupe. I've had since early October - still can't find anyone "worthy" in our rural area (southcentral Kentucky) to work on my Crossfire.

Simple fix, but I don't know how expensive.

Got mine fixed under the extended warranty. Fixed in 45 minutes.

Easy fix and any Dodge or Chrysler dealer should be very familiar with the fix. We have the same trans and problem as the Charger, Magnum, and 300s.
Make sure they use the updaed fix that includes the plug/connector replacement not just the o-ring kit.

Not a big deal, mine was fixed under warranty, it was a connector.

Had this fixed two weeks ago on the roadster that is out of warranty. It was done at a Dodge/Chrysler dealer and the cost was $97 and change.

Thanks for the posts! I spoke to a Charger owner at the bank yesterday afternoon - she gave me # for Chrysler dealer in Cookeville, TN (1-1/2 hrs. away). She spoke very highly of their service dept. The closest dealer (Glasgow, KY - 30 mins.) told me "We ain't (really) ever worked on one of them (yes, I'm not kidding) cars, but bring it in and we'll look at it".

I'm calling the TN dealership.
