Default CAI question

yeah... which one? I know Needswings is popular, and TVT offers one as well... plus there are a few others who have made them

so which do you consider "best" and why?

I love my NW intake.
Instant power increase, looks great, easy install, and got a good group buy price.

(Hey Rob - is it time to put together another GB? )

I have the needswings intake, and it has been the best modification investment I've made. I gained about 1000RPM, instant throttle response, and a killer "supercharger whine" that all together increased my smile factor tenfold.

I am in the market for an intake and would consider getting on board with a group buy.

What kind of price are these offered at on a group buy?

I'm really in the market for the needswings or some other intake!

The price was just a lil high!

How many people do we need to actually do a group buy?

I prefer Needswings CAI.
It is a complete replacement from the filter behind the grill all the way to the intake on the engine.
Easy install and a trustworthy company.
I've met Rob (owner) and he is a great guy

Went with the NW-style intake for much less and extremely happy!

Car is more responsive and sounds great! With change in my pocket and a smile on my face.

Get what you can afford. NW has a lot of technology put into it is tough to beat, but some others come close in performance. I'm happy with my cheapo unit from Autozone for around $150 and the car runs great with it. Good luck!

Needswings!
Oh, did I mention in your other thread that a CAI also increases your gas mileage?
Hmmm, increases power & mileage; I'd say it pays for itself
