Hello,
I am new to this site and cannot find the path to start a new thread. DUH!
However, maybe you can answer a question for me.
I have noticed that I am having to add oil to my Cross in between scheduled oil changes.
I have had it checked out and there are no links nor is there any sign of burning oil from the exhaust.
Have you hear of this problem before and if so what do you think I can do to fix this problem?
Thank you.........
Glenn

Texas T,

Nice find, and a big thanks! I was at Walmart today and it was $6.97 for the 0W-40 Mobile 1.

I just learned that if you take the Pep Boys ad into Walmart, they will match the price too.

I cleaned out two stores of 0W40. Got enough for three oil changes.

That completes my Xmas shopping for the wife.

Thanks T!

She's a lucky lady indeed. Won't it be difficult to gift wrap those odd shaped bottles of motor oil?

Wow I got to PepBoys this morning and ONLY the 0W-40 was gone off the shelves, but fortunately I asked and they had some more in back and then I went to WalMart and got some more at the PepBoys price by showing their flyer. Yep a thumbs up to Tex!

Hello Glen and first of all welcome to the forum.
I've really not seen many cases where our Crossfires use oil.
Are you certain there is no leakage anywhere ??

As far as starting a "new thread" you can select any category on the forum and click on "new thread" (upper left corner)
and give it a title and post away then submit.
This will create a new thread

hi VALKRYDERGUY
thanks for your reply
yes I have had it checked out for leaks
having it checked again today with another mechanic
I will monitor the situation carefully and change the oil sooner then I have had it changed in the past.
thanks again
Glenn
