Default Change Spark Plugs

hi!

I've been running the normal NGK's now for around 1 1/2 years, so about 15,000 miles, so I def. need a change.

I already changed from stock to Magencor wires and have the NGK 1 heat range colder lying around in my garage.

I was just wondering if someone here has some experience with exchanging the plugs and could please share some info and tips^^

Thanks.

You need to change after 15,000 miles, I doubt that. The plugs are good for three to four times that mileage. Reset the gaps if needed but thats all that should be required.

really? Good to know.......

I just wanted to change them because of the Nitrous.

But to be honest I havent used it in a long time. I'll guess it can wait for some time.

Thanks for clearing this

Stock are Bosch, but swapping to the NGK 3764 will result in a noticable difference in both idle and throttle response. If you remove the coil packs first, the job only take about 1.5 hrs. If you have the plugs might as well change them.

Never hurts to take a look at your plugs, and if you have them, like Vinnie said, you might as well put them in....you might see other things that need to be worked on as well, like a valve cover leak....lol
