Haha. The secret is knowing when to stop!

 

Anything painted with crinkle coat is a beggar to keep clean, it's nigh on impossible to get dirt out of the little cracks and dips without ruining the surface.

Thank you. That is what Paul and I are striving for on these builds. We don't want them to look like someone was tinkering in their garage. It takes a lot more time and money to do it this way but the results speak for themselves. Sometimes the best compliments we get are that they think all we did was add some color to the engine compartment. Take a closer look or start one of these up though, and you'll know there's a whole lot more.

 

That looks nice, is it Rudy's car? With an SRT-6 engine for sale I tend to think it is.
Not to get picky but you are missing at least one part, the plastic cover for the wiper arm nut.

Does any Crossfire still have those stupid nut covers anyway?? I never see them ..

I got one last year at the stealership, $4 or $5.
They are used on other cars so there should be no problem. You tend to lose them at GTG's, strange coincidence.

 

I put a dab of RTV on mine, so they won't be "walking off" anytime soon.


Rudy, you did a nice job on the conversion. Looks totally stock. I would be surprised if the mechanics at a Chrysler Dealership would ever know the difference.
