Default Srt-6 graphite roadster exhaust

yesterday i had the oppertunity to cut the secondary cats off my srt-6 and when i tell u the car sound awsome it really does. Without the secondary cats it gives the car a much deeper growl

can you explain how you did that and if that voids the warranty? Not too technical about this stuff but I'd love to get the growl without a new exhaust.

You have to in fact literally "cut" out the secondary catalytic converters with a plasma cutter, or the like...Then you replace the missing section with straight pipe, weld it in and voila. All done.

It probably technically voids the warranty, but most dealers probably wouldn't even notice it as it was not usual for four catalytic converters to come on cars back then. If a non-dealer doing warranty work asks just say it got rusted out and you replaced the pipe section, or just use plausible deniability.
