Default NA Autostick jumping gears. Worn?

I am having this issue where change up selection will skip a gear and change down will work fine. i.e., going from 1 - 3 instead of 1 - 2. I notice if i barely tap it, it will select 2. Othertimes, it might just jump to 4 or D. Anyone else encounter this? Is my shifter getting worn out and needing replacement? Any tips to fix this w/o replacement?

I have 108,555 miles. Most of which involves manual gear selection for enthusiastic tendencies.

Ever since I have had my car my autostick has been very sensitive when upshifting. It will upshift at the very thought of tapping the stick, however to downshift I have to tap the shifter all the way over to the right. I have just gotten use to this. I assume its just the way Crossfire's are but I could be wrong.
