Default Anyone lose their tune?

I purchased the tune at the Miami Eurocharged Tune/ Dyno Day and loved the results. Put down almost 350whp and the gains were obvious.

3 days ago I took the car to a MB deal for maintenance work and the mid-range power seems to be gone. Unfortunately there is no way to know if the tune was actually wiped off when they reset the odometer.

Has anyone heard of or experienced a tune being wiped out? Maybe its all in my head?

HK Phooey posted some time ago that this happened to him after a trip to the dealer.
He found out at the Texas Mile run when his car wouldn't go past 155mph....spoke to the dealer and sure enough, they plugged his car up - to make sure it had all the updates and wiped his tune and the speed limiter delete, whoops.

happens all the time...the dealer will kitchen sink fix a problem and appy new software to the ecu (which over writes the tune)

good thing you got a Eurocharged tune and we offer free reflashes! (minus shipping or remote tuning cable purchase)

MikeB, just curious on what area of Florida you are located, and the name/location of the MB Dealer you used.

Many MB Dealers will turn the Xfire away and not work on them.

(I'm looking for optional support options when I get my Xfire into Orlando)...

Thanx...

I'm from Orlando but now live in Tampa. I bring her to MB of Tampa for any maintenance work and second opinions. Warranty work is performed at the local Dodge dealer (unfortunately.)

The only other SRT6 I know of in Central FL is Mimi. I have only seen 2-3 on the road since owning the car.
